There is no client office: meetings happen on the development site and in our completed building, by arrangement.
What we have built
Universal Park 1 in the Universal district of Paphos is our completed building: built, handed over, lived in, every home sold and its title deed issued. That is the whole chain — permit, contract lodged with the Land Registry, staged payments, completion, title — run to the end, and it can be checked by turning up at the address. Michelle Park is our second own development: seven homes in the same district, under construction, completion in the second quarter of 2028; dated site photographs are on the development page.
Two kinds of development on this site
On our own developments — Michelle Park (under construction) and Universal Park 1 (completed) — the contract of sale is signed with our company. The rest of the catalogue is partner developments: the contract runs directly with the developer, at the developer’s own price list. We are paid out of their margin, not on top of your price. A building you can walk into
Universal Park 1 in the Universal district is our completed building: built, handed over, lived in. We give you the address — come and see how it was built. That answers more than any promise, and it is why there are no testimonials on this site: testimonials are easy to write yourself, a finished building with an address checks out without us.
How the purchase works
The order things happen in protects the buyer without anyone having to be taken at their word. No building permit is issued until the developer holds clean land documents. No contract of sale is registered at the Land Registry without that permit — and none is registered on land carrying encumbrances. Staged payments only begin after registration: until then you pay nothing. After that you pay as the building goes up — for what has been built, not for a promise. Bring your own lawyer
Please do. We send your lawyer everything on the property directly, before any reservation: the contract, the land documents, the building permit. We would rather an independent professional checked the deal than only us.
