Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026

This page describes what cedevproperty.com collects about you. Nothing personal: there are no forms here. Traffic is measured with Google Analytics, and only if you agree to it — details below. The site is owned and operated by Coastal Edge Development LTD (Reg. HE 448081, VAT CY60014163T, Republic of Cyprus).

There is no form on this site

No page here carries an enquiry form: no fields, no submit button, nothing written to a database. There used to be one — it was removed in August 2026, along with the server that received it. While you read these pages we learn nothing about you beyond the ordinary web-server record of the request itself (page, time, browser type), which is what keeps the site running and is not assembled into a profile.

Cookies and tracking

Traffic is measured with Google Analytics — and only if you agree to it. On your first visit a bar appears at the bottom of the screen with two choices: «Accept» or «Essential only». Until you press «Accept», the tag is not loaded at all— no script, not a single request to Google, not one cookie. Press «Essential only» and it never loads.

With consent given, Google Analytics sets its own cookies and collects anonymous statistics: how many people visit, which pages and devices they come from, and which links take them to WhatsApp or Telegram. No names, phone numbers or messages — there is nowhere on this site to collect them, since it has no forms. Google’s advertising features (profiles for targeting, remarketing) are switched off explicitly: we count visits, we don’t build audiences.

You can change your mind at any time: clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the bar comes back. Your choice is kept in your own browser and is never sent anywhere.

There are no advertising pixels on this site — not Meta’s, not anyone else’s.

The site’s fonts are served from our own domain: they’re downloaded once when the site is built and shipped with it, so your browser never contacts Google Fonts.

The one third-party service on this site is Mapbox maps. They run on development pages, and in the catalogue if you switch the list to map view; the home page, the blog and the rest carry no map and make no outside requests at all. When a map opens, your browser fetches map tiles from Mapbox and Mapbox records that the map was loaded — that is how the service counts usage. A technical Mapbox identifier is kept in your browser’s storage (localStorage, not a cookie). We neither receive nor use any of it: what Mapbox does with it is governed by its own privacy policy.

WhatsApp and Telegram

Messengers are the only way to reach us: the buttons on this site open a conversation on WhatsApp or Telegram. That’s a handoff to a third-party service — once you’ve tapped one of them and started chatting, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s or Telegram’s own privacy policy, not this one. We see what anyone you message sees: your number or account name, and what you wrote.

Some of those buttons open with the first message already written — naming the development or the home you were looking at. It behaves exactly like text you typed yourself: you can read and edit it before sending, and it goes nowhere except the messenger.

Where the conversation is stored, and who sees it

The enquiry database is gone — there is nothing left to store. What remains is the conversation itself, held wherever your other messages are held and read by the person who runs the development. We don’t sell or pass it on to third parties, and we don’t use your number for marketing.

Your data, and getting in touch about it

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram. There’s no separate address or phone line set up for this — the same person who answers ordinary questions answers these too.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we handle it changes, this page will be updated — the date above reflects the last edit.
